It is clear that keeping our customers IT systems running is a vital and core part of our business here at ABS Digital.

That is why we constantly monitor all aspects of our support plans in order to maintain and improve value and standards.

We know that when things do go wrong you need known response times from technicians who understand your systems.

That is why we have invested in an advanced service management system to support  technicians and improve service quality control.

When a problem is diagnosed you do not want to wait for a part !
Our technicians carry a wide range of parts including complete loan machines.

We have now simplified our service plans. Please scroll down for details and prices.

Full Comprehensive Maintenance (FCM) from as little as £4.50 per machine per month!

This plan fixes the monthly cost of IT Support for our customers.
There are no other bills.

 
Hardware maintenance includes the following.
4-hour response.
All parts and labour.
Loan equipment if fault cannot be fixed on site.
  Not included.
Consumables
Replacement hardware due to obsolete parts.

Software Support includes the following.
Telephone Support on any issue
Remote VPN Support
On site calls & support
Backup Monitoring
Antivirus Monitoring
System Health Monitoring
Not included.
Software Upgrades.
Installation of new software.

Time and Materials Cover   £70.00 per hour + Parts

This is an "as and when" plan.
We charge by the hour for our time, parts and consumables we use.
All parts are supplied at very competitive prices
We do not charge for travelling.

The service level of this plan is normally 8 working hours. However, we must advise that FCM (Full Comprehensive Maintenance) customers will always take priority.

Support for Photocopiers, Laser Printers and Fax Machines  CPC (Cost Per Copy)
(All Copiers, Some Printers, Some Fax Machines)

This plan used only to apply to copiers however many printers and fax machines now have meters installed and we can offer this plan on these machines.

Cost Per Copy

At the end of each month we read the meter on the machine and charge for the copies used.
The copy charge includes the following:
All service calls
Parts
Labour
Consumables
Loan machine if yours cannot be repaired onsite
The only exception is paper.

Our charges for this sort of plan can be between 0.4 pence to 1 pence per copy depending on usage.

You will find that nearly all companies have a minimum charge per month. We are no exception to this and have to charge a minimum of £20.00 per month to cover the basic expenses of putting toner in your cabinet etc.




 

 

Prevention before Cure

Broadband technology means that for many customers we can resolve problems on servers and desktop machines without needing to travel to you.

This also allows us to be much more pro-active.
Now we often find and fix problems on routine checkups !

We will continue to exploit this and other methods of adding value to our support plans.


 

When you call ABS

 Your call will be answered by a person and not a machine

 When you log your support call it is logged on to the system and a fault number generated

 Our Technical Department will respond in most cases immediately, however, if they are unavailable the system will flag them.

 If a call is not responded to within the prescribed time it will be automatically escalated.

 The Support desk is open from 9:00 - 18:00 Monday to Friday excluding statutory holidays.
